Double Sided Soft Foam Plate Mounting Tape

Exafit® 43201HP is a double-sided foam tape specially designed for flexographic plate mounting. It is based on a speciality acrylic adhesive on its open side (cylinder side) and a graphic grade acrylic adhesive on its closed side (clichés side). Exafit® 43201HP is reinforced with a polyester film and uses a transparent smooth siliconised embossed PP release liner.

  • The compressible structure enhances print quality by absorbing any tolerances caused by the irregularities between the impression cylinder, the printing plates and the print cylinder or sleeve, and reduces machine vibration.

Exafit® 43211HP is reinforced with a polyester film and uses a transparent smooth siliconised embossed PP release liner.
