PicoJet uses an energy-efficient LED final cure with temperature-controlled backup roller for temperature-sensitive substrates.

PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for wide choice substrate printing capability.

Operator-friendly Engineering boasts innovative, user-friendly technologies, such as Auto Splice Recognition as well as Auto Reverse mechanism, minimising media waste. PicoPilot brings vivid ink set and the software takes full advantage of this via a powerful spot colour matching facility. Colour, Ink and media are all managed via the software which enables you to simply take the colour managed bitmap file and position for printing.

This includes Step & Repeat functionality, including Imposition Templates, Registration Control, Rotate & Crop and Label Counting/Batch Printing features. PicoPilot has the unique feature of being able to turn colours on and off during the run.

Thanks to the accurate and consistent ink delivery system, together with the exceptionally small droplet sizes you can depend on high quality printed results at high speed.

PicoColour Finishing

The digital printing process boasts minimum downtime and wastage, that’s why all presses within the Pico range are available with finishing which has been designed with fast turn and ease of use in mind.

PicoColour is available with die-cutting, slitting, edge trim and lamination – jobs can be printed and finished ready for application fast, all in one small footprint system.

PicoJet Die Station

Designed so that the dies can be installed and removed from the unit quickly, easily and safely. Using a trolley system, the magnetic cylinders can be moved to and from the press with ease, no matter what the repeat size, and with no need for cumbersome lifting equipment.

With the addition of the RD scorer, razor and shear slitter options, it’s the ideal combination for producing high quality finished labels.

PicoJet Flexo Station

A well designed unit with print quality being the main focus. Preparing for print, the unit is fast and easy to make ready, as are the controls for ensuring the anilox to plate and plate to impression cylinder pressures are perfect for producing the best quality flexo print. With the addition of the lamination unit this gives the option to include added value options such as lamination, cold foil and cast and cure.

Once production is complete, the components can be removed quickly and easily, ready for the next production, ensuring minimum downtime from production to production.
